Thanks to the fabulous Alison Kent, we have participant buttons up on the message board for those of you participating in the Write OR Die Challenge in November. They’re fabulous and there are six to choose from. I’m sure you’ll find one you like!!
Also in the works is the Winner’s Button, for those of you who meet your WORD goals. I haven’t seen it yet, but I’m told it features a frantic woman working like mad on a computer who looks a bit demented. I’m fairly certain some of us will be looking like that when we’re done!!
Get ready ladies!!! November is rapidly approaching…
UPDATE
I just saw the winner’s button, ladies. Designed by my web hostess, Barb at Romance and Friends, it’s to die for cute
I’m debating whether or not to show it off to you all, since the NaNoWriMo site doesn’t show their winner’s button.
hmmmm….
In other news, my goodie bag arrived today, the one I won in ML Rhodes‘ contest a couple of months ago. It was worth the wait! Inside were two paperback editions of her e-books. One had two books I’ve read before and enjoyed, so I’m glad to have them in paperback, and one LARGE paperback of hers written under a different name that I haven’t read yet. Also inside were a notepad with a yummy half naked guy on the cover (perfect for my upcoming writer’s retreat), a 2005 pocket appointment book with her name and web address on the cover, and pens and pencils. Very cool. ![]()

I think you shoudl show us the winners button…added incentive.
Who care’s what that other challenge does, this is ours!
Ofcourse, you could always just show it to us about halfway through,a s a teaser to keep us motivated.
