Okay, so Sasha wanted to go to Barnes & Noble since she’s never been to one before. So we go. Now my B&N is huge, since it’s the only bookstore around for miles and miles, but they don’t have a designated erotica section. Everything is just kinda mixed in together (except for Brava, who had their own designated end cap). Sasha is going around trying to locate the books she wants, which couldn’t be found in the romance section (like the Sookie Stackhouse books). The wicked step-mother queen from Snow White.
I frown, hesitant to say anything. I don’t feel stoned, but hell! It’s not Halloween anymore, hasn’t been for weeks. I continue to stare in that direction and I see her again, just for a split second as she passes between book displays.
“Did you see that?” I interrupt Sasha.
“See what?”
“The queen.”
She arches a brow. “Huh? What the f@ck are you talking about?”
“Over there.” I point. “The wicked witch, step-mother… oh hell, whatever the f@ck she is.”
“From The Cat in the Hat?”
I scowl. “What the hell are you talking about? There’s a wicked witch in The Cat in the Hat?”
She scowls. “What the hell are you talking about?”
“The witch from Sleeping Beauty or Cinderella. I swear I just saw her over there.”
“Okay…” Sasha stares at me as if I lost my mind. “Can I find my book now?”
I sigh. “Yes. Forget it.”
I swear I saw the queen and I was lucid. I swear. 
I’m certain I have no idea what you’re talking about, Sasha.
Trust me….no matter how sweet and innocent she looks…she ain’t no Snow White.
The Cat in the Hat came to mind for me because I’d heard the clerk saying something about it being the storytime book in the kids section that night, but by the time we left the bookstore I STILL hadn’t seen no witch or Queen.

Actually, if your bio picture was more innocent, you would look kind of like Snow White.
