I back up my files in so many different ways -- email, FTP, work and laptop computers, not to mention the always present USB flash drive I carry around in my pocket. Every few months, I'll back-up files on CD, too, though those tend to be a batch back-up of lots of documents, not just whatever work(s) in progress I've got.

My email is held on the server, too, so even if I download it to my laptop, I've still got copies in the in-box and sent folder... just in case!

I won't even pretend to understand what that means - LOL

But I do email myself my mss. I also have two separate computers so I use my laptop as the backup for all my documents, since we're wireless here and I can access my main computer from my laptop. And I do a back-up cd every once in a while, but the 2 computer thing has really spoiled me...
