The one percent who do get their books published are the ones who've learned the only way to write is to apply the rump to the chair and the fingers to the keyboard and actually write. Eventually, through sheer repetition, they get good enough to sell their stuff. Lots of people moan about how they want to be writers, but they never actually finish anything. (I used to be one of these people:-). They'll never be writers until they learn to write a book from beginning to end and polish it. You're there already. I really believe you are going to sell.
