I always did, though. :-) But that's to prevent problems arising from that. Weirdly, I thought of myself as pretty unpopular startingin 2nd grade, but I probably got the most Valentines. Maybe because everyone figured I'd always give them to every single person (which I did)? Or maybe it's because they could just remember my name... :-) I'm many things, but asy to forget isn't one of them. I always felt wretched for the kids who didn't get many, so I always hated Valentine's Day for their sakes. It spoiled the whole thing.
