My new MS Word is funky. 
Previously when I inserted a comment it would highlight the area in yellow and pop up a little box with my text when you moused over it. This version extends the margin on the right and inserts a tiny bubble there with your comments. You can’t hardly read the darn thing. What’s up with that? Is that something I can turn off and go back to the older version way of doing it? I’m finding it difficult to critique like this.
