Well, CC is finally with the editor. As soon as she’s finished with it I’ll put an excerpt up. To give you a hint of what the story is about here is what one of my cps said:
The historical setting is a terrific element - the whole thing transports me to those scenes from Buffy when they explain Spike’s and Angel’s past.
Are you intrigued? I hope so. 
I really worked hard on this story and I think I did a pretty good job of fitting an entire novella into 8000 words. *g* I think it’ll retail for around $3 so it’s a inexpensive way to see how my mind works. 
Also you’ll see a glimpse of some characters from LUCIEN’S GAMBLE which will be in BAD BOYS AHOY! CAROLINE, however, is a short historical/dark fantasy erotica. Ummm… doesn’t that sound fun?
Okay, enough blatant promo. I’m just very happy to be finished with it. *happy dancing* I think it’s a good story. I hope you do too.

I’m looking forward to reading it, Sylvia! And I’m so impressed that you can write short as well as long– I’ve never been able to fit a plot into 8000 words . I’m too longwinded *grinning wryly*.
