I’m not the kind of writer who has files and files of ideas. My stories come to me one at a time, and I have to consciously create them and nuture them.
That being said, I’m digging the story I’m working on now. I’ll tell you more about it after I run it by my cps and see if it’ll fly.

I’m the same. My stories come one by one too, and require a lot of deep thought, and mental wrangling to force them into some sort of viable shape.
I really admire and envy those writers whose minds are just constantly pinging with new ideas and have an inexhaustable well of material.
