Amazon has now added “forums” to product pages where customers can discuss that particular book amongst each other.
Since Amazon sells books in such low, low numbers, they’re trying to give readers a reason to come back (and hopefully buy), but I don’t know that having reader forums on the book page is the way to do it.
Then again, the fact that everything you write in a Plog becomes the permanent property of Amazon to resell without paying you a dime makes me pretty wary of anything they’re doing.
The amazon pages are getting very “busy.” I’ll get used to it…just seems a bit chaotic to me right now.

I’ve been having fun doing the plog. I don’t think they can say you can’t discuss the same thing somewhere else. We discuss things differently each time. And I’m not posting any “talks” or “articles” so I would hope I’m fine. I’ve been having fun with it, and a few of my conversations got some great feedback. I sure hope it’s helping with sales!
