He obviously didn't either live on a farm or take care of any kids personally or he won't have been so eager to have the time change twice a year! Which is exactly the kind of sentence I'm going to LOVE giving him when I meet him! Babies and animals, not to mention adults, namely myself, do not always adapt well to this silly change in time. I say pick a time and stick to it!
