 I'm finding that though I love to blog and it does seem to help on some days get my mind ready, it is very easy for me to get 'lost' and loose what precious time I for writing the book - the more important thing. So I am learning to only do it once or twice a week. Not always easy but... it's working. And just from me personally, I belong to a group blog and I do visit several group blogs - but I don't really do it because I 'want' to. The blogs I find myself looking forward to reading are the personal ones. Their more personal. Imagine that. :) I find the group ones (and I find myself falling into this very same role) tend to always been serious of a sort. Not of a personal nature anyhow.

I had to laugh on the alarm clock part - I don't have one - well not one I can shut off anyhow. Mine is my two year old and or our puppy. Their more accurate then an alarm clock and definitely more effective then an alarm clock. They actually make me get out of bed! :) Oh and its every day by 5AM. No matter how late they were up the day before, too I'd like to add.

Hope your day goes well!

I can relate to it being tough to keep up with blogging. I think a group blog woud be harder, though, because then I'd have to think of something witty to say. That's too difficult for my brain. :D

Hugs,

Hey Sylvia, I love Michelle's blog. Lori Foster is supposed to be there today - love her. I hope I get a chance to see ya Thursday - while I'm at work, I can't blog. Some silly work rule

And short stories are great too. Hey, BBA had 3 awesome ones, imo. And not a humble one either, cuz it's true.

I do like group blogs (vamps & scamps, plotmonkeys, squawkradio, running with quills, etc) but I also love individual blogs. I know it's more work on the author, but it gives more attention to one specific person. Gotta love that. Well, at least us readers do LOL.
