Ugh! My gal Michelle Buonfiglio asked me three times to tell you about the goings-on over at her blog this week. And I forgot three times. *smacks forehead* (’cept I did post it on Passionate Ink a couple weeks ago, so I’m not totally out of it. *g*)
Romance: By the Blog “Hot Topic Week: Eros, Erotica, and Erotic Romance,” Dec. 4-8
This week of GuestBlogs is constructed to get a dialogue going about what erotica and erotic romance are and are not, as well as what access to the literature has done for women who read it. Bestselling author Ian Kerner, Ph.D. also will discuss women and sexual fantasy. Here’s the line-up:
Kate Duffy, Senior Editor, Brava/Kensington, 12.4
Adam Nevill, Author/Erotica Editor, Virgin Books, 12.5
Jaid Black, Author/CEO Ellora’s Cave, 12.6
Ian Kerner, Ph.D., Author/Sex and Relationships expert, 12.7
Emma Holly, Author, 12.8
Romance: By the Blog
So if you head over that way, tell her I sent ya, so I can redeem myself for spacing out. *g*

Things have been super hectic for me this year, and a lot of things fell by the wayside, not the least of which is my home. It used to be spotless (FlyLady), now it’s a mess. This morning it really hit me hard that things just kind of exploded.
So I went and bought new bedding (gorgeous! sapphire blue velvet), tossed out a bunch of stuff, and moved furniture around to make the bedroom user-friendlier. I also started on my office, because my desk is just stuff piled on top of stuff piled on top of books piled on top of papers. Ugh. It’s hard to work with all this clutter. So I’m tossing, straightening, and organizing. (mostly tossing) I also bought a little desktop fountain to help calm me. I’m stressed at the moment, but I can’t take a break yet.
There’s still a lot more to be done, but it’s a start and I’m happy to have a made a dent. The rearranging of the furniture and the new bedding makes the whole bedroom seem new so while I can’t go on vacation somewhere, I have a “new” space to escape to.
I hope your week starts out great!

…I LOVE this cover!! LOL! I think it’s fabulous! I mean, come on, if you’re going to have a vampire in your book, go the whole nine yards. Don’t pull any punches. Give me the red-lined cape, the foggy night, the bat flying in the air, the graveyard with the dead twigs on the ground. Gimme a blonde heroine in her nighty, who’s not cold at all (and sweet enough not to slap vampy upside the head and say, “Hey! Hand over the cape, toothy!”) Then title it VAMPAHOLIC!!
This rocks! Seriously. I would totally dig having this cover. It’s just too cute for words. I can’t be the only one who thinks this cover is fab! Right?
