Walking

The kids and I went for a walk today. We all enjoyed it so much that we plan to make it a daily thing. :)

CE’s are done. Once again, I’m amazed at the mistakes I made. I’m also always surprised by the things the ce misses — extra words, missing words, etc. Readers complain about bad editing, but really, sometimes the eye just skips ahead and you miss stuff. You can only hope that one of the many, many people who read it before it goes to print catches what the others missed.

The dieting is still going well. I think it’s been about a week now. My clothes fit better and I feel better, so I’m motivated. Hubby is dieting, too, and losing weight twice as fast as me, of course. It’s really not fair that men lose weight so much faster. *grumbles*

Thank you, Lori! I’m so happy to hear you enjoyed the book, and I appreciate the congrats. I’m over the hurdle. It’s no longer a struggle to be “good” on my diet. Here’s to hoping the weight doesn’t linger, eh?

LOL, Stacy. I’m not a fan of dieting myself. Sure do wish I could eat whatever I wanted and still look good. *g*

    Hugs,
    Sylvia

It’s good that you’re enjoying the little things right along with your writing. Don’t even mention dieting - I hate that word LOL. I’m trying to exercise more, and it’s a pain. Men are just plain evil for having it so easy sometimes.

What is that about anyway? Why can men do that? My hubby switched to light beer and lost weight. I struggle for every ounce. Damn them! LOL! Congrats on the CEs and the weight loss!

I finished Passion for the Game this weekend - loved it! Your writing gets better and better with each book :)
