Stuff.
My stepson is visiting for a week. We’re all happy he’s here, especially my little ones who follow him around everywhere. Great thing about that is how I’ve been able to work pretty much without interruption.
I had a new release yesterday, MAGIC & MAYHEM. It’s one of the launch books for Avon’s “brand new, exclusive line of digital erotica.” (M&M is not erotica; it’s erotic romance.) The book is contemporary/paranormal and it’s a quick, hot, fun read. I’m happy it’s finally out (it was turned in for publication back in September of last year, which is why it has a Halloween theme) and I hope those of you who pick it up enjoy it. I think this new Avon venture is something like Harlequin’s Spice Briefs. My story intertwines with one from Cathryn Fox (alternating chapters), a format that reviewers seem to love (so far.) It’s two-books-in-one for the bargain price of $3.19
My voice is finally losing the hoarseness it picked up in Dallas, however, I’m still really tired. I’m sure that’s contributing to my lack of concentration problem.
I’ve got a couple book signings coming up in Southern California. You can find out if they’re near you by checking out my Events page.
I think that’s about it. Not much, eh? If you have any questions, ask away.

In industry musings, I’m very interested in seeing how Bantam’s new Discover imprint does. They’ll be releasing titles in both trade and mass market simultaneously, to appeal to different readers.
