Couple that with humidity and it sure is not pleasant! I wonder how the heck people manage the theme parks in the summer. I love summer but in a lot of places it can be dangerous like this. Hang by the pool and stay hydrated. It doesn't seem right that you can't be outdoors long in this kind of heat.
