I need to finish sending out the latest prizes from the 20+ days of Christmas contest, then see if I still have more books left. I’m running low on promotional items from the conferences, but I think I might have a couple more books remaining. If so, I’ll do a couple more giveaways until they’re all gone.
In the meantime, I’ve been asked to blog about HEAT OF THE NIGHT and I’m wondering if there’s anything in particular I should blog about. Do you have any questions that I should address?
I saw I AM LEGEND a few days ago. Loved it! Has anyone else seen it? Did you like it, too? It takes a lot of skill to pull off a movie entirely by yourself. I thought Will Smith was pitch-perfect!

I’m excited about the new book, HEAT OF THE NIGHT, being out. I’m just finding your blog (yeah!) so I don’t know what you spoke about in the past with this series, so I don’t know if you asked people if they dream, how real theirs have been if they do, or talking about somethings you found with research about dreams and the like? I know that I rarely dream! And hardly remember anything when I wake up, but its different for others.

Hi Sylvia!
I have to wait for movies to come to DVD cuz i need the closed captioning for the Deaf, so I have to wait a year, but I love Will Smith! Awesome actor. Even though I don’t watch much movies, I do select a few I plan to when it gets on DVD and this is one of them.

I haven’t seen it, either, and since my usual movie buddies are my teenage daughters, I’m not sure that I will. That seems like too heavy a theme for them.

I haven’t seen I Am Legend. My cousin saw it and he didn’t like it very much. I’ll probably wait for it to come out on dvd.

Hi Sylvia!
Woohoo - more giveaways! I haven’t seen I am Legend. I see about 2 movies a year :-X - but I did watch The Golden Compass -and loved it. Now I want to read the books and can’t wait for the next two movies.
(I guess I’m still a kid at heart).

I Am Legend is on our list of movies to watch. Excerpts are always welcome!

I haven’t seen it, but alot of people have told me that its really good. We’re planning our date night this weekend and I’ve already thrown this one in as the one to see. One guy told me that I “needed” to see it, ‘cuz it was something that could actually happen. That got me super intrigued to see what all the fuss is about.
PS. excerpts are always great and IMO, the steamier the better!

I almost got to see it
We do a dinner and movie day/night on new years eve with friends and family - hubby had to work during the day so I missed I am Legend. I did get to see National Treasure and Charlie Wilson’s War - both good.

I haven’t seen the movie yet either, but I am a huge Will Smith fan. My vote is for some hot excerpts too. Something drool worthy of your hero.

No, I haven’t seen the movie yet. I know my family will love it but right now with a tight budget, we’ll wait for it to come out on DVD. A question for you about the new series, how many books are planned and will all the stories tie into each other or can they be read alone.

No I haven’t seen “I Am Legend”. I’ve heard mixed reviews about it, plus no one I know wants to see it, so if I do go, it would be on my own. I am looking forward to seeing “P.S. I Love You” cuz I love Gerard Butler, but I’ll be ready to cry.
Yes, hot, steamy excerpts are always a good thing

Syl~I loved I Am Legend, too!! It’s right up there w/ Independence Day, which remains one of my all time fav. movies. I’ve probably seen it 100 times.
Give us some HOT excerpts from HOTN!! YEAH!! It’ll warm us up for the read!!
