(257 views)“HEAT OF THE NIGHT is a richly woven delight. Connor is a man with no emotions or connections, making him a fierce warrior, until he meets Stacey. She makes him want things he has never dreamed of and becomes his sole vulnerability. Single mother Stacey has had a life filled with heartache and hardship. She doesn’t trust herself or her emotions when it comes to men. Their intimate encounters are filled with both heat and emotional depth. The suspense, action, and mysteries are intense and imaginative. Excellent pacing, writing, and characterization will have readers glued to the story. This second Dream Guardian book stands well on its own with plenty of background, but reading the first book will add insight. This book takes the series to a new level, earning it the La Grande Mort rating and builds high anticipation for the next tale. HEAT OF THE NIGHT is a very highly recommended book you won’t want to miss.”

Hi! I’m Amalia, an italian fan of yours *waves her hand *
by Amalia January 25th, 2008 at 11:39 amI ‘discovered’ your works some months ago and I’ve instantly fallen in love with the way you write your stories.
I especially love your male characters, they are EXCEPTIONAL! They can be so deep, charming and loving (and, oh, they are definitely yummy, lol! :D)
And when they realize their feelings for ‘their women’…OH MY GOD! *_*( <- starry eyes)
Really, they are the stuff the dreams are made of!(pun intended! LOL!!!)
I like men who are transparent about their emotions and I especially adore men who REALLY REALLY love women. Not many men out there who actually like women let alone “love” them!!!
So far I have bought all your books and every single one is excellent, so I will be first in line when the next ones are released *grins*.
Now I can’t wait to read “Don’t tempt meâ€, your next historical (my favorite genre).
I simply ADORED “A passion for him”! After getting my own copy, I read it so much it fell apart, and I had to get a new one (LOL!).
Characters like Colin Mitchell are a breath of fresh air! *_*
And the kiss thing…OMG!!! When he confessed it to Amelia I melt!!! God bless that passionate, sexy Gypsy of yours! *__*
Good luck with your work and thank you for the dreams and beauty you create!
Un bacio da Roma! (A kiss from Rome)
Your italian fan,
Amalia

by SylviaThank you, Estella.
A friend told me that RRT was giving away a copy of the book. I thought it was lovely of them to do that, and the review… Wow! (I liked that, too. *blushing*)

by DebWhat a wonderful review. have enjoyed your Books Ask for it and The stranger I married. I can not wait to read more of your books.
I love your books Sylvia because their full of real emotion. The Dream Guardian series I love because it’s funny I have my alter ego that lives in my dreams. In your books I can so connect with these characters. I can’t wait to read Heat Of the Night when the tax money comes that one of the books I’m going to order for my new reads.
