From the second these two meet, sparks begin to fly. The chemistry between Rick and Sam sizzled and the sweet vulnerability of these two characters gave them both added depth. This was a fantastic story and I have to salute Ms. Day for her genius in coming up with this storyline…her publisher had to be laughing with pure delight!

Treasure Hunters - What a great story! This has so many cute Ellora’s Cave hints and up front illustrations, that those who have been EC customers for years will love this part of the book. Sam and Rick are a terrific pair, and the villain has the perfect amount of smarmy to make the story even more interesting. The sex is great, and in some cases humorous. Treasure Hunters is a great way to start this anthology.
Dreams of the Oasis, Vol 2 is a good anthology with some great stories. While all the stories were good, I love Blind Date and Treasure Hunters the most, but Eclipse is a very close behind. From paranormals to contemporary to science fiction, this book is something for everyone and everything for readers like me.

Sam is a wonderful heroine that one can identify with easily. Readers will enjoy placing themselves in the heroine’s shoes, for as long as she is wearing them and placing herself in the heroine’s position, for when she is not. The villain of the piece adds moments of hilarity. This is largely due to the explanations the heroine gives about him. As for the hero, it is great fun to see how enchanted he is with the smart, bookish, real woman that is Sam. Ms Day’s offering is a delightful satire. The premise of the story and the various items and names used regarding the treasure will have readers laughing with glee.
ELLORA’S CAVEMEN: DREAMS OF THE OASIS II provided a varied and delightful read. It certainly ran the gamut of different subgenres in romance. This exciting compilation will certainly divert and charm the reader.

Every story within this exceptional anthology packs punch and excitement into each and every page. There was never a dull moment with any of the stories, allowing for a graceful change between the excitement of the plot lines and the sexual experiences between the characters. Additionally, the stories were well placed within the anthology, allowing a smooth transition between stories. The science fiction stories have enough of a futuristic flair to make them worthy reads; the plots are unique and kept my interest. Knowing they are short stories, I found the length to be perfectly matched for each different story. Overall, if you are looking for an anthology with several distinctive stories and lots of hot sex, the second book in the Ellora’s Cavemen: Dreams of the Oasis would be a remarkable selection.
